These Terms and Conditions are in relation to Madimack's Too Easy promotion, available to new partners of Madimack who are also Australian based Pool Builders
It's Too Easy for Pool Builders to choose Madimack this season:
When: 1 – 30 September 2026
What to order: Any Madimack heat pump, pool pump or chlorinator
The promotion: Order a participating Madimack product for your pool build and receive a case of beer.
1. The Offer
New Madimack Australian Pool builders who place a qualifying order through their local Madimack Sales Rep will receive one (1) case of beer per job per PO. Regardless of the number of eligible products in the purchase order, only one case of beer will be allocated.
Beer will be delivered with the product order or arranged by the Sales Manager for delivery.
The beer brand and case size are at Madimack’s discretion and may vary by region and availability.
The reward cannot be exchanged for cash or another product.
2. Promotional Period
The promotion runs from 1 September 2026 to 30 September 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“Promo Period”).
Only orders placed within the Promo Period qualify.
Orders placed before or after the Promo Period are not eligible - even if delivered during September.
3. Eligible Participants
This offer is open to eligible pool builders identified by Madimack Sales Managers who received the promotional SMS.
Orders must be placed directly with the participant’s local Madimack Sales Rep.
This offer is for trade/business customers only and is not open to members of the public ordering for personal use.
Distributors are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
4. Eligible Products
Any order containing one or more of the following Madimack products qualifies for one (1) case of beer per job:
Heat Pumps - Any model of inverECO Lite, inverECO Plus, inverECLIPSE Plus, inverELITE V4
Pool pumps - Any model of inverFLOW Plus
Chlorinator - Any model of inverCHLOR

This offer cannot be combined with any other Madimack trade promotion running at the same time, unless Madimack states otherwise in writing.
Standard Madimack pricing, ordering, delivery and warranty terms continue to apply to all products ordered as part of this promotion.
Delivery timeframes for the beer will generally match delivery of the ordered product but may vary depending on courier and regional delivery schedules.
Madimack reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw this offer at any time, including due to unforeseen circumstances, without prior notice.
Madimack's decision on all matters relating to this offer, including eligibility, is final.
