Please read the following product trial terms and conditions carefully

1. Product Trial Participation:
The Madimack GT Freedom product trial offer is available for customers through the "Test Drive" program as published at www.madimack.com.au.
The product trial unit shall be sent to the customer's specified delivery address free of charge.
The product trial period for the Madimack GT Freedom is 7 days only.                                                                                                                                                       Madimack reserves the right to not enroll any application at its own discretion without prior notice.

2. Credit Card Requirement:
Customer must provide a valid credit card number during the trial process.
No charges will be made to the credit card unless the product is not returned.
Any amount that will be hold on customer's credit card during the trial period, will be released once product under trial is returned to Madimack.

3. Trial Usage and Care:
Customers must use the Madimack GT Freedom robotic pool cleaner in accordance with the user guide provided with the unit. Such manual or document is also available at www.madimack.com.au.
The product should be used for its intended purpose and handled with care.

4. Product Return:
The customer is responsible for returning the Madimack GT Freedom on or before the 8th day of the trial period.
The Madimack GT Freedom and all its accessories must be placed back into the original packaging/box.

5. Pickup Arrangement:
A pre-packaged return slip will be provided with the trial unit.
On the 8th day of the trial, the customer must place the robot back in the box and leave it outside the original delivery address for ease of pickup by Madimack designated courier.

6. Late Return and Service Fee:
If in any case, the customer failed to return the Madimack GT Freedom on the 8th day or does not communicate about any delays, a late return fee of $50 will be invoiced and/or charged/billed to the customer.
For each subsequent day beyond the 8th day that the product is not returned or there is no communication, an additional fee of $30 per day will be charged.

7. Lost or Not Returned Accessories:
If any of the following accessories are not returned with the Madimack GT Freedom, the customer will be charged with the respective amounts indicated below. An invoice/bill shall be sent to the customer for any other labor and/or parts damaged during the course of the product trial.

Hook: $20

8. Trial Cancellation:
If the customer decides to cancel the trial before the 8th day, no charges will be applied. However, the customer is still responsible for returning the product, complete with its box and accessories.

9. Trial Condition:
The Madimack GT Freedom robotic pool cleaner must be used in accordance with the provided instructions and for its intended purpose. Any misuse, damage, or tampering may result in additional charges.

10. Liability:
Madimack is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the use of the Madimack GT Freedom robotic pool cleaner.

11. Ownership:
The Madimack GT Freedom remains the property of Madimack at all times.

12. Data Privacy:
Any data collected during the trial period will be handled in accordance with Madimack's Privacy Policy.

13. Agreement Acceptance:
By participating in the Madimack GT Freedom product trial and by "clicking" the Submit Button on Madimack online form, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

14. Usage Consideration:
Customers are encouraged to take care and follow the user guide provided with the product to ensure proper and effective usage.

Madimack reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to stay informed about any changes to the terms and conditions.
