Madimack Power Breaker Promotion
Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion

• The Madimack Power Breaker promotion (“Promotion”) will be run by Madimack Pty Ltd (“Promoter”), ABN: 20 602 694 520, with address at Lvl 1/ 50 Berry St, North Sydney, 2060, Australia.

2. Promotion Period

• The Promotion starts 12:00am AEDT on Wednesday, 1 October 2025 and ends 11:59pm AEDT on Saturday, 28 February 2026 ("Promotional Period").
• Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate families of the Promoter and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter the draw, an eligible customer must, during the Promotional Period:

1. Purchase any Madimack product (except accessories) from an authorised Australian retailer. Participating products:

2. Complete the official online entry form at madimack.com/au/powerbreaker, including:
   • Full name, email address, and contact phone number
   • Product model purchased
   • Date and place of purchase (store/retailer)
   • Valid invoice/receipt number

• Each qualifying purchase equals one (1) entry. Multiple entries permitted, subject to one entry per eligible product purchase and form submission.
• Incomplete, ineligible, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.

Social Media Bonus Entries

• In addition to the standard entry by completing the online entry form, a customer may earn up to a maximum of five (5) additional entries per eligible purchase into the draw by creating social media posts during the Promotion Period that:
  1. Clearly highlight the Madimack product purchased;
  2. Tag the official Madimack account in the post;
     • Facebook
     • Instagram
     • TikTok
     • YouTube
  3. Include both of the following hashtags in the post: #MakeItAMadimack and #MadimackPowerBreaker;
  4. Remain publicly visible on their account until the end of the Promotion Period (28 February 2026); and
  5. Be submitted by the entrant via the official online entry form, including either a direct link to the post or an uploaded screenshot.
• Each unique post meeting the above requirements will count as one (1) bonus entry, up to a maximum of five (5) posts per eligible product purchased. For example, a customer who purchases two (2) eligible Madimack products may earn up to ten (10) bonus entries in addition to their standard entries.
• All social media bonus entries are subject to verification against the customer’s valid purchase details (including product model, invoice number, and purchase date/place as submitted in the online entry form). Any posts that cannot be verified against a valid purchase will be deemed ineligible.
• By submitting a social media post for bonus entry, entrants grant Madimack a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and share the content (in whole or part) on Madimack’s official marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, website, and email.

6. Prize

• There is one (1) prize to be won: an electricity allowance valued at AUD $3,500, redeemable as prepaid Visa cards.
• The prize will be given as a lump sum, based on the value of the winner's 2025 electricity costs, with the invoice to be provided by the winner as proof.
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

7. Prize Draw

• The draw will be conducted at the Madimack office at Lvl 1/ 50 Berry St, North Sydney on Tuesday, 3 March 2026 at 12:00pm AEDT.
• The draw will be conducted at random using a computerised draw system.
• The first valid entry drawn will win the prize.
• The winner will be notified by email and phone within 2 business days of the draw and their name published on Madimack’s social media platforms and website on Thursday, 5 March 2026.

8. Privacy

• Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used to administer the promotion and contact winners.
• By entering, entrants consent to the use of their personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity, and research purposes by the Promoter, unless otherwise advised.

9. General Conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including identity, age, and proof of purchase).
• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.
