Please contact your local pool technician capable of repairing poo pump, possible cause
- Check the rotation of the motor shaft for free movement and lack of obstruction.
- Because of long time lying idle. Unplug the power supply and manually rotate motor rear shaft a few times with a screwdriver.
The pump has initiated a self-priming sequence, this will automatically stops if the system detects the pump is full of water afterwards the system will recheck again for 120 seconds to make sure selfpriming is completed.
You can exit self-priming manually by pressing the lock button for more than 3 seconds.
The pump has undervoltage protection feature this is activate when the input voltage is less than 200V, it will begin to limi the current running speed.
- When input voltage is less than or equal to 180V, the running capacity will be limited to 70%;
- When the input voltage range is within 180V ~ 190V, the running capacity will be limited to 75%;
- When the input voltage range is within 190V ~ 200V, the running capacity will be limited to 85%.
When this happens check your power supply source, this is affecting the performance of the pump.
No, this is not possible as each controller is specific for the pump design. It is important when the controller display is being ordered for repair the exact mode is correctly mentioned. This applies to all unit models.
There is a communication cable which is can be purchase seperately which allows the Pro & Ultra vesion to be connected to a Madimack heater (for late 2022 Madimack models)
This is only available for the Pro and Ultra series, Eco does not have this feature
For the Pro and Ultra version which uses adaptive flow feature, the sudden change in flow rate means your pump is optimizing.
It measures your system head pressure and will adjust its algorithim the proper flow rate to deliver to your system. Example published maximum flow rate is 420 lpm but your pump is only able to deliver 380 lpm. It means its the maximum head pressure your pool system is designed for. The maximum flow rate is tested with straight piping without any fittings, equipment which affects the overall head pressure. With fittings such as valves, bends and filtration the head pressure for the system changes thus it will never deliver the maximu flow rate published.
The increase noise of a inverflow pump can be cause by the following.
- Air leak in suction piping, cavitation caused by restricted or undersized suction line or leak at any joint, low water level in pool, and restricted discharge return lines.
- Vibration caused by improper installation, etc.
- Damaged motor bearing or impeller (need to contact the supplier for repair).
If sound continous please raise to our service request page (Madimack Website)
This can be cause by the following:
- Air entering the suction piping
- Basket is full of debris
- There is inadequate water level in the pool.
The pump can be installed up to maximum 2 meters from above water level.
Please download our InverGo app to access wifi feature, please do note this only applies to Pro and Ultra series.
We highly discourage this action, running the pump with out any water can damage the internal components and will void the warranty.
InverEco does not have wifi feature attributes, this is only available for Pro and Ultra versions.
The Ultra version takes a larger body design which translates to a larger water circulation.
