Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Organiser

This promotion is conducted by Madimack Pty Ltd ("Madimack"), ABN 20 602 694 520. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 9:00 am AEST on Wednesday, 1 April 2026 and closes at 6:00 pm AEST on Friday, 29 May 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

This promotion is open to Madimack trade customers operating within Australia, including installers, trade partners, and pool builders who install Madimack products.

To be eligible:

  • Entrants must conduct business within Australia.
  • Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Entrants must be a trade installer, pool builder, or trade partner who installs Madimack products.
  • Distributor partners are not eligible to enter, however customers of authorised Madimack distributors are permitted to participate.
  • Entry is conditional upon the entrant submitting a valid serial number for a Madimack inverELITE V4 heat pump installed during the promotion period.
  • The eligible Madimack product must have been purchased and installed during the promotion period.

Madimack reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrant eligibility.

4. Entry Method

To enter the promotion, eligible participants must:

  1. Purchase and install an inverELITE V4 heat pump during the promotion period.
  2. Complete the online entry form available via the Madimack website.
  3. Submit a valid product serial number for the installed unit.

Entries must be submitted via the official online entry form only.

A limit of one (1) entry per trade business applies during the promotion period.

5. Prize Details

Minor Prize
Each valid entry will receive one (1) case of beer, delivered by a Madimack representative or courier to the address provided in the entry form.

  • Limited to one case per eligible trade business during the promotion period.
  • Approximate value: $60 plus delivery.

Major Prize – Beer for a Year
One winner will receive twelve (12) cases of beer delivered in one shipment in June 2026.

  • Total value: $60 per month x 12 months.
  • Delivery will be arranged by Madimack to the address provided by the winner.

6. Prize Draw

The major prize winner will be drawn on Wednesday, 3 June 2026, at 12:00 pm AEST.

The draw will be conducted at random using a computerised draw system.

The first valid entry drawn will win the prize.

The winner will be notified by email and phone within 2 business days of the draw and their name published on Madimack’s social media platforms and website on 5 June 2026.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via email on Friday, 5 June 2026 using the contact details provided in the entry form.

Prizes will be awarded to the business owner or authorised representative associated with the submitted serial number.

8. General Conditions

  • Madimack reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and serial numbers submitted as part of the promotion.
  • Entries containing invalid, incomplete, or fraudulent information may be disqualified.
  • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  • Madimack reserves the right to substitute a prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.
  • Madimack reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if required due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
