Overheating or Tripping the Circuit Breaker

Refer to below to know what can be done when experiencing overheating or tripping of the circuit breaker issue

Steps:

  1. Ensure proper ventilation: Check that the pump motor has adequate ventilation and is not obstructed by debris or objects. Poor ventilation can cause the motor to overheat.
  2. Verify correct voltage: Ensure that the pump is receiving the correct voltage as specified by the manufacturer. Voltage that is too high or too low can cause the motor to overheat. Consult a professional electrician if necessary.
  3. Clean the motor and fan: Dirt or debris accumulation on the motor or fan can hinder proper cooling and lead to overheating. Carefully clean these components using a soft brush or compressed air.
