Pool steps vary in size and shape. While the GT Freedom handles many common step types, some—especially shorter, narrower ones—may be challenging. We recommend brushing any debris on the steps onto the pool floor, allowing the robot to pick it up more effectively.

For optimal performance, remove the robot after each cleaning cycle and clean the filter basket. Using Madimack's robotic filter cleaner ensures all dirt, debris, and oils are properly removed.

The GT Freedom operates in pools with depths between 0.4 and 3 meters. It will automatically stop running if the water depth is below 40 cm to protect the motor.

The robot operates in temperatures between 4°C and 35°C. It is not recommended for use in near-freezing conditions.

To ensure the best performance and longevity of your robot, we strongly advise against using it in spas with temperatures above 35°C.

Battery endurance is determined under controlled conditions (clean pool, minimal slope, balanced water chemistry). Real-world factors like clogged filters, water chemistry, temperature, and incline may reduce battery life by up to 25% in extreme conditions.
